  1. Lentil and Spinach
  2. Sweet Potato and Coconut Milk

Quiche: Halloumi, Pesto and Roast Vegetables

Frittata:

  1. Smoked Salmon, Ricotta, Pea and Potato
  2. Chorizo, smoked paprika, smoked cheddar, jalapeno and potato

Daily Special: Thai ginger, lime and sweet chilli salmon

Salads: 

  • Soba noodle, edamame, chilli, carrot, purple cabbage, spring onion and sesame dressing
  • Plum tomato, spinach, capers, red onion, pesto, parsley, corn and cherry tomato
  • Rocket, roast parsnip and carrot
